Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Refunds
In certain cases, refunds may be issued and are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.
Standard Returns
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the customer has the original receipt and the item is in its original condition.
Restocking Fee
Returns accepted beyond the 30-day window may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customer Responsibility
Alex Windows & Doors Ottawa is not responsible for customer items left at our facility for more than 30 days. Items not claimed within this period may be discarded or deemed ineligible for return.
